Two years on frames, one year on lens coatings.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in the frame or lens coating, for normal everyday use.
- Frames: 2 years from delivery
- Anti-glare and blue-cut coatings: 1 year
- Hinges and screws: 2 years
What is not covered
Accidental damage, scratches from cleaning with the wrong cloth, loss, or normal wear.
How to claim
Bring the frames to any SharpDekho store with your order number, or email support@sharpdekho.example with photos. Most claims are settled within 7 working days.
