What we collect

We collect the details you give us when you create an account, place an order or book an eye test: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and prescription details.

We also collect basic technical data — device type, browser and pages viewed — so the site works properly and we can spot problems.

How we use it

We use your data to fulfil orders, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send offers.

• Processing and delivering your order
• Handling returns, exchanges and warranty claims
• Fraud checks required by our payment provider
• Marketing emails, only with your consent

Prescription data

Your prescription is health data. We store it encrypted, use it only to make your lenses, and never sell or share it for advertising.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. SharpDekho never sees or stores your full card number.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to support@sharpdekho.example and we will respond within 30 days.
