Returns and refunds

The window

You can return any frame within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original case.

Prescription lenses

Lenses ground to your prescription cannot be resold, so they are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error.

Refund timing

Once we receive the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
